Zeina is an experienced teacher who has a passion for playing chess and solving mysteries, and puzzles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from York University and began her career as a Science and Mathematics teacher in Dubai, UAE. She obtained an American teaching license from Washington, DC, and taught as a Grade 2 and 3 PYP Homeroom Teacher at an IB school. Later, she taught as a Grade 1 classroom teacher at an American international school. In 2022, she returned to Canada and taught Grade 4 at an IB school in Brampton, Ontario. Now, Zeina is excited to continue her IB teaching career at Gobind Sarvar School. Her teaching philosophy centers around empowering students to become lifelong learners and critical thinkers. She aims to inspire a love for learning and equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in an ever-changing world.
